Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or tuna salad sandwiches, cauliflower and carrots

Lunch: Minestronie soup, wheat rolls and orange slices

Snack: Crackers

Lunch:  Roasted chicken, couscous, turnips and parsnips

Snack: Fruit

Lunch: Beef and tofu chili ,corn bread  and mixed veggies, and bananas
